Der jüdische Klarinettist Simon Eskenazy (Antoine de Caunes) lebt nach der Trennung von Ehefrau Rosalie offen schwul. Doch eines Nachts landet er mit dem arabischen Transvestiten Naïm (Mehdi Dehbi) im Bett. Für Simon ein One-Night-Stand, denn eine stressige Konzerttournee steht an und zu allem Überfluss muss er noch seine kranke, aber nicht gerade pflegeleichte Mutter bei sich aufnehmen. Und plötzlich taucht Naïm wieder auf, der sich in Simon verliebt hat.
