Amar sin límites is a Mexican telenovela that was produced by Televisa and broadcast on that company's El Canal de las Estrellas. The program debuted on 16 October 2006 at 7:30 pm; the first ten episodes were only thirty minutes long, with the program expanding to an hour long on 30 October and taking over the 7:00 time slot previously occupied by Duelo de Pasiones. After 135 episodes, the telenovela completed its run on 20 April 2007, and was subsequently replaced with Muchachitas como tú. In the United States, Amar sin límites aired on Univisión from 17 July 2007 through 18 January 2008 at 8:00 pm. This limited-run serial is a remake of the 2003 Argentine telenovela Resistiré; it is the first such remake, as a second adaptation, Watch Over Me, was created for MyNetworkTV in the United States and debuted in December 2006. Amar sin límites stars as protagonists Karyme Lozano and Valentino Lanús, whose characters, Diego and Azul, endure a tortured romance that becomes entangled in the world of organized crime thanks to Azul's fiancé, Mauricio, portrayed by René Strickler.

It became a major international hit, and is considered one of the most successful telenovelas from the 1980s. The story of Tú o nadie took place in Acapulco, and actress Lucía Méndez sang the theme songs for the telenovela which were "Corazón de Piedra" and "Don Corazón".

¡Vivan los niños! is a Mexican telenovela for children that premiered in 2002. It ran for 155 episodes and finished in 2003. The opening, Vivan los niños, was recorded by the Latin pop group OV7. One of its closing themes, also entitled Vivan los niños, was performed by Cuban-American singer and songwriter Ana Cristina. The show is a version of the Argentinian telenovela "Jacinta Pichimahuida, la maestra que no se olvida". The series starred Andrea Legarreta as 2nd grade teacher Lupita Gómez. After the series ended, Andrea became the long-time host of the morning talk show Hoy. On July 12, 2012, in celebration of Andrea's birthday, the producers of Hoy reunited her with the young actors who played her students on the series.

Der Junge Kimihiro Watanuki (四月一日君尋) hat die ererbte Fähigkeit, Geister zu sehen und wird deshalb ständig von ihnen verfolgt. Als er eines Tages wieder auf der Flucht vor ihnen ist, berührt er zufällig eine Mauer, woraufhin die Geister verschwinden. Die Mauer begrenzt das Anwesen von Yuko Ichihara (壱原 侑子), der Hexe der Dimension. Dort betreibt sie ein Geschäft, in dem man Wünsche erfüllt bekommt, wenn man bereit ist, einen entsprechenden Preis zu bezahlen. Auch Watanuki verspricht sie, ihn von seiner Anziehungskraft für Geister und der Fähigkeit, sie zu sehen, zu befreien. Dafür muss er als „Mädchen für alles“ bei ihr im Geschäft arbeiten. Watanuki tritt also in die Dienste Yukos und wird oft in übernatürliche Ereignisse verwickelt, die ihn teilweise in Lebensgefahr bringen. Unterstützt wird er dabei von seinem Schulkameraden Shizuka Domeki, der die Fähigkeit hat, Geister zu exorzieren, den Watanuki aber nicht ausstehen kann.
