Dabei wollen sie herausfinden, welche spezifischen Anforderungen sich hinter den einzelnen Berufen verbergen. Allerdings sollen auch Neugier und Spaß an der Sache nicht zu kurz kommen. Während die Promis die jeweiligen Challenges durchlaufen, werden sie von echten Profis unter die Lupe genommen, die darüber entscheiden, welcher Star sich in seinem Ausbildungsprogramm am besten schlägt. Am Ende stellt sich heraus, welcher Job-Tourist zum „Jahrgangsbesten“ gekürt wird.
